Spiritual journeys

When mind becomes restless, journeys of spirituality makes us a kind of difference. I had a pleasant, calm, holy trip last weekend. With my family I enjoyed a lot. We had started our journey in the early morning of Saturday. Having prayers and worships in front of gods and goddesses at different temples.

Kali @ Kattil Bhagavathy temple.
Siva @ Thirumuppam Mahadevar temple
Devi @ Kodungallur Bhagavathy temple
Rama @ Triprayar Sri Rama temple
Krishna @ Guruvayoor temple.

I feel the difference in worships and prayers at these temples. Imagining the lords keeping looking on to me and smiling making the liberation of physical streams changed to the act of supreme power. Yes, standing in front of the deity with utmost concentration gives us a new positive energy that makes us think and act for the remaining life. If you want constant happiness choose spiritual journeys, rather than finding temporary gains in the materialistic life.

In our return journey we have refreshment at Nattika beach in Thrissur district. A cool and quite beach where the famous Malayalam film Chemmeen which bags the Presidents Gold medal award once portrayed.
