Me @ Mitacs

Sorry for me not to update the blog for more than one week. I have a well reason behind it. I am joined in a new company named mitacs on 9th October 2006 (Still I have to work for flavored too). Mitacs an Austrian based telecom provider mainly operates in Europe. We are a 6 member team in kochi and 10 member team in Austria. I have to report to my manager Georg Hitsch who is really a nice person with a vast knowledge a tech guru. Here in cochin I have a boss Felix sir who is a networking engineer, again Varun, Joseph, Robin and Jessy chechi. They are call and support executives in German language. We have a small office in Menaka, DD Vastramahal, 5th floor. Wonderful sight sees of cochin city especially the Arabian sea and the Kochi kayal.

First day itself I started in a different manner. Me and Felix sir went outside in his car and he asked me to buy 2 kg sugar and 100g coffee. I bought it. Cool!.

My mates Varun – 26 year old with loads of humor, Joseph – he said he is 41 years old, I surprised really he looks around 32, Robin I don’t know his age, still he looks above 30, again Jessy chechi, I think she is above 40. All are kind and loveable in character. They are working in the call service and support systems.

My work timings at mitacs were from morning 11 ‘O’ clock to 8 or 8.30 in the night. Now I am comfort with the timings. Saturday and Sunday holiday for me.
